Move the rails all the way back to reduce noise ?

Post by huy397 »

I read on Matrixvibe.net that by moving both rails ( of the roof rack ) to the very back can reduce some noise ? Is that true ? thank you

I never even noticed any noise when I had them on.

It's also something you can do yourself and find out. Just unscrew them and slide them back!

I never really noticed any wind noise with mine on either. But I took mine off the roof completely because I like the look without them better. If I ever needed to put them back on to carry stuff on the roof, it would only take 5 minutes to put them back on anyway.
