Side mirror plastic housing loose

Hi. The plastic housing for the passenger side mirror is loose. I took the interior plastic triangle off and checked the three bolts holding the mirror on and they are all secure. I tried pushing on the housing in a few places to see if it would pop back into place, but haven't had any luck yet. Any ideas how I can secure this?

not sure, been a while since I took one of those apart. You might need to take it off and see if you can find any separation between the outer shell and the part that gets screwed onto the door.
