Need some help with 2010 GT audio

I'm looking to replace my factory HU and wire in new subs. Does anyone have a list of harnesses and such that I will need and where to get them so I can figure out how much I need to save?

It depends on how much of the factory functionality you want to retain (OnStar, warning chimes, etc)

I recommend the onstar harness if you have the factory monsoon and plan to keep the amp. Its got an adjustable input gain on it. Mine was around 60 on amazon plus another 20 or so for the dash kit. Just a note with the onstar harness you will need a headunit that has at least front/rear preamp outputs. Plus a SUB preamp out for the sub amp(s).

The onstar harness has 4 rca plugs. FR FL RR RL. You will also need a dedicate subwoofer preamp out if you want the best quality otherwise u could split off of the rear output. I prefer being able to fade left right front rear and still have dedicated sub outs. Plus the EQ becomes alot more flexible.
