comfortable wheels

I'm getting new tires very soon, and have been considering getting a larger tire for comfort, What's a good size to go with? I have the stock 16's and I'm just looking for less bump to my ride, the construction around here is endless.

When I had 16" wheels, I bumped the size of the tire to 205/60. It made a little difference. I think 15" wheels will fit but IMO it will look kinda weird.
