We are psyched... we've done midnight premieres for the first two...and we will be there with bells (or rather our decepticon logos) on! Gotta make sure the DeceptiFord is ready to ROLL!
Wow, opinion on Tranformers varies greatly from here to Jalopnik. I will go see it, but like raffe, I'm not expecting anything too good. Quote, originally posted by bassplayaz06 »they need to have a vibe in it! anyone notice that the pontiac was the only autobot to die in the first one? GM was hinting at something...Ever notice how we haven't seen a Buick one though? Or Cadillac either. It is just weird that they've had Chevys, Pontiacs, GMCs, Hummers, etc but no luxury cars.
actually in this film there will be two luxury cars, a Mercedes E550 and a Ferrari 458 Italia both are autobots, but names are still TBD. also with the first two regarding what cars appeared as good/bad depended on the manufactures, like for example VW said no because they did not want to be associated with war (giant transforming robots at war with each other, nothin "badd" about that huuh?!but Alicia, same here ive been to both midnight premieres and i too will have my Autobot Lunatic (thats what my vibe is now called. with the autobot faction symbols on their way in now as we speak).although i keeping expectaions low because of what happened with Revenge of the Fallen... but this should be on par if not better than the first Live Action Movie.and i owe this site for turning me back to the Transformer life style, because this site is where i found out about the first movie!
I will soon be adding a decal or two to the vibe myself, but since we're a dark side family... they need to be stealthy. I can't wait to finish the decal work on the deceptiford, you will like I hear Michael Bay says he likes this one the best of all three, and remember he said after that last one that he was "tired of making robot movies" so... I hope it impresses.
Well, they have pushed the date forward some, to the 29th, which means that the evening of the 28th, I will be (im)patiently waiting for 12:01 am Who else will be at midnight premieres??Saw Super 8 tonight with a girlfriend, EXCELENT movie, but I was just ba-blown away by the Transformers trailer that was with this package. Totally different from the ones on TV. Made me want to stand up and cheer (I'm such a geek), and everyone in the theater clapped.
