Several Mod Questions

I've finally gotten home from college, which means I have finally gotten to start modding my car. So far, I have tinted the tail lights, as well as debadged the car. I also ordered a decal for the front arrow head, and a decal for the Pontiac inlay on the hatch. Now. here are my questions pertaining to future mods.1. For those who have their car tinted, how much did it cost?2. For those who have their car lowered, how much would a 2" drop cost?3. Where can I go to get the wheels, grille, and roof rack rails powder coated black chrome? 4. What do you think #3 would cost?Those are my next three plans. Hopefully afterwards, my car will look great. That might be it for exterior, other than maybe a ram air hood and some neons.

That might be it for exterior, other than maybe a ram air hood and some neons.1. should be about* 2002. 200 and up, or a case of beer, and a few friends.3. wheels you can power coat, grille is plastic so you won't be able to powercoat that, roof rack is quite long so it will be tough to find a power coater local to you that can handle this.
