Edit: Problem solved, Thanks for the info guys!If someone could link link a guide on how and where to find the thermostat, i would really appreciate it. I'm having issues with it sticking and the car overheating. Hoses are fine no leaks and no broken seal/gaskets that i can see so far, I'd like to just replace this piece, someone help please!
Here's the repair manual section. There's no diagram of the location but you'll see it when you remove the alternator. The radiator hose has to be disconnected so draining the coolant is required.
Have you recently changed the coolant? Have you recently changed the hoses?Have you recently changed the heater core?Have you "burped" or "bleed" the system?

@ keithvibe: Yes, No, No, No. The weather is real bad right now so no work can be done at the moment, but the radiator has a definite leak where the aluminum meets the plastic of the radiator, so it's a bad seal at this point. Going to do a flush and replace the radiator and hoses. The Pump MIGHT be bad but we haven't checked it yet, the is an odd noise coming from the area of the pump. That's the current situation, Any suggestion and Help are appreciated.
once you replace the rad and hoses be sure you burp the system. To do so place the front of the car on a slight incline, remove the rad cap, start the car put the temp setting on hot, and put the fan on low. Run the car for about 15min till the themostate opens. While the car is running continue to top off the rad. Cap the system then continue to run it for another 15mins. Shut the car off, let it cool and remove the cap. Top off the coolant again and fill your overflow tank. That should solve all your over heating issues. If you are adding strait coolant or strait water to the system with the leak you currently have you will over heat.
