Pulled the trigger on the Mazda5; Pics (large) attached.

Early flight to Seattle yesterday morning, signed paperwork and out of the dealership by 9:30am, home by 3pm and debugged by dinner. A long day! Cougar Vibe

I have considered the 5 as the next car. Those are very nice. They handle very nice for a minvan & a 4 banger too !

Love the size and the space... But I don't think I could ever get used to the perpetual 'gigantic smile' of the front grille of most Mazdas these days.Fortunately, you can't see it when you're driving one, unless you're behind one of those highly polished tanker trucks.

Thanks for the kind words everybody. As far the front end is concerned, I'm a bit worried about how things will look after I get my plates (Washington has predominantly white plates, so my "smile" might be bucktoothed). So far, it's been surprisingly fun to drive...especially the steering and suspension. Granted, power isn't great, but it's head & shoulders above my 118hp AWD Vibe. But just to clear things up, there will be no "Zoom Zoom" sticker in the rear window.Anyway, I'm not neglecting the Vibe now: It got a full detail yesterday (including pulling the wheels and cleaning the wheel wells).

Are those seats as light as they look? I'd have trouble keeping them clean.
