New Member from Michigan, 2nd Vibe

Last year I purchased a 2006 Vibe for daughter. And I have just purchased a 2007 (manual) Vibe for my wife. The 2007 has 132,000 miles and I'm taking a bit of risk but the car was owned by on older couple, and the car appears in showroom shape with nary a scratch anywhere. The little 1ZZ-FE powertrain is a gem.I am an automotive engineer with over 30 years experience and look forward to participating in this forum. [IMG][/IMG]

My 2003 Vibe Base Auto 2-tone Salsa "SalsaWagon" was built in May 2002. I acquired it in Feb 2004/Traded it in on a 2016 Honda HR-V in Feb 2018.

What a friendly bunch. Thanks.I did find the servo motor problem on the recirc door. Thanks to this forum I was able to replace it using the radio opening shortcut, and did the 180^ output gear rotation in the servo motor to salvage it.

1997 Civic EX sedan w/auto trans2001 Accord EX sedan w/5-spd manual2009 Vibe 2.4L w/5-spd manual, sunroof, monsoon, GT spoiler, Magnaflow muffler and rolled SS tip, lowered on H-Tech springs, window tint, debadged (save the red arrow!).
