I hadn't heard any announcement about this. I was playing with my radio (5/31/11) while waiting for my wife and noticed that the XM is currently working. I know they gave a two week free trial last year. They must be doing the same thing again. Check and see if yours is working.I have a portable XM radio that I use about nine hours per day so I don't have the service in my car.

I'll check that out. A few weeks ago I "pushed the OnStar button" to see if I might win a new car and they gave me a six-month (I think) free re-up of OnStar. I checked XM at that time and confirmed it didn't include the XM radio.
