Old school all the way! Soundwave was bad (removed), and who can forget BumbleBee. The new stuff is for the kiddies and I can't really get into it.

Was Sound wave the tape recorder that had a cassette tape that trandormed into a dog? That one was my favorite toy for the longest time.

Yep, that was SoundWave. He was a blue and silver tape recorder. He had a tape that was a dog, a bird and a little guy that could cause earthquakes. I think I still have him somewhere, he was one of my favorites.
