Internet speed issue

Where is a good site to go to where I can check my internet speed? Lately when I want to watch a Netflix movie on my XBOX, it seems like it takes forever to load, and the video quality scale is usually only one or two bars.

I've noticed since adding Adblock to FF everything is lightning quick again!The internet speed here is 14.03 download and 1.2 upload according to the speed test website.
