Just bought a low millage 2009 Vibe GT. Man this thing has some pep. Been driving a base model sunfire for last 5 years. Pontiac will surely be missed. Hope to learn a lot here.Adam

Welcome to GenVibe Adam! It's great to see another former Sunfire owner make the switch to a Vibe . Do you have any plans for the Vibe?Are/were you a member of j-body.org? What year, color, etc. was your Sunfire? Any mods done to it? I had an '02 Sunfire GT that I ended up selling in June of 2008 and an '02 Sunfire SE Sedan that I ended up trading in for the Vibe in April of 2009. Getting the Vibe was the best decision I have ever made. I miss the Sunfires, especially the GT, but the Vibe has a lot more room, is more comfortable, has a lot more pep, etc. It's just an all around fun vehicle, especially the '09-'10 GTs .

The sunfire was a 2000 Silver with red & black pin striping. Didn't do much in the mod dept. But both rear and front bumpers along with a fender were replaced due to people hitting it in parking lots ha! It was a heck of a car though. great on gas millage. Just traded it in when I bought this vibe. Thanks for the welcome everyone! Loving this GT it's great so far!

Nice to have another 2nd gen owner join!Yesterday I saw a dark blue Vibe at Costco and I think I am now completely happy with Liquid Platinum as my favorite color choice.
