yes prototypes have a incomplete VIN so in turn it cannot be driven on the street. now a salvaged title is a different story.

I would LOVE to have that orange color on my Vibe. And is the FX the other Vibe in the Genvibe logo thing? The FX has the body kit, but the one in the logo doesn't appear to have the front bumper extensions.
