if you hold down the MODE button on the steering wheel the radio will turn off. Press it again & it turns on. ('09 GT) Wonder what else I'm missing?

don't feel bad-there's tons of stuff to discover.it took me over a year to notice that there's a handle on the inside of the tailgate that allows you to close it without touching the paint. now i use it pretty much every day...

My mom never knew you could turn it off by holding it down either until she was in mine one day and saw me do it .I just figured out that the thingy on the bottom of the rear view mirror is used to "dim" the mirror. I thought it was a little microphone for OnStar or something ! Makes driving at night much better now ! I just found out about holding the arrow buttons down a few weeks ago while sitting in my car at work on my lunch break. I discovered it purely by accident. I was like, "I wonder if anything would happen if I hold down the arrow button instead of just pressing it..." I always thought it was kind of weird that the mirror didn't seem (to me) to have a dimmer thingy, but I never thought too much about it until I saw a commercial for a Chevy Cruze and the guy dimmed the mirror and I noticed the mirror in the Cruze had the same little thingy as the mirror in the Vibe, so I tried it and sure enough... it dimmed the mirror !I pretty much only read the manual on a need-to-know basis, unless I'm sitting in the Vibe and I'm bored, then I'll pull it out and just start reading .Quote, originally posted by Bikerscum »They will act as seek buttons for AM & FM when held down too.AM?
