Moon & Tunes Sub Q

Hey, so I'm a bit miffed, I see that later models of Moon & Tunes get a nifty little sub in the cargo area. Lucky #1693 did NOT get one of those and I want one. Questions are...Anybody know what year this started? Or what the difference int he package may have been if it was always a standard M&T thing?Any good ideas on how to get one, if it will just stick in in place of my stock panel or what... I see a member is making their own, but I'm not that cool, lol.TIA!

Lol. I really dont want to make my own but i cant seem to find a dead vibe or matrix to steal the moon and tunes box in any of the local junk yards.I guess thats a good thing. It means I finally gotten myself a halfway decent car.

That sub was an option on top of the moon and tunes option in 04, with the 05 and up it was standard with the moon and tunes, sun and sound packages.That panel would replace the passenger side panel in your Vibe.Once in a while they pop up for sale but it is rare. Check with member HouseofBugs, Tim is a great guy and he was trying to sell the Moon & Tunes panel not to long ago he might still have it. He also might still have the factory sub enclosure. If you are feeling creative I would say build your own sub enclosure though.
