Power mirror for driver side 2006

My inspection is up this month. I had my appointment set for Monday. Unfortunately, some couthless vandals decided to bust the mirror on my driver side on Saturday night. The plastic is intact, but the mirror snapped from piece behind it. How much is the dealer going to charge me to replace it? And, does anybody know anywhere in Queens or Long Island where I could get a replacement part quick?
