I had posted my pics of my car on Matrixowners.com and one of their members totaly dissed my car as being an ugly Pontiac. Why are people so rude? Lack of class?
Sorry about your bad experience. The internet has given rise and voice to a class of people that wouldn't say these things to your face, but use the anonymity and safety of the 'net to spew their juvenile taunts. Just ignore them. Their opinions aren't worth your time.

‘03 Vibe with 317k and still going.............................
looked to me like one guy with an ego problem. You run into that everywhere, some sites more than others. You got a lot of folks who liked the look of you car, so ignore the one user who has personal issues and psychological disorders. This site is both Vibe and Matrix friendly.
I heard this from another person on this forum but It's totally true. "I like my car alot so I really don't give a **** whether you do or not!" -That's what Im going to say to inconsiderate people when they tell me something bad about my Vibe when I get it!
HAnet: How many looks/comments do you get on YOUR car? Love the elements too, I don't get why people can't open their minds and learn that change is a good thing, Just cause cars are different don't mean they are bad!
Yes, some people on Matrixowners are pretty rude. Overall though, it's a pretty informative forum. One of the reasons I visit this site though it the people seem more civil. The information on this forum also seems to be more accurate. I've learned more about the Supercharger from genvibe than from Matrixowners. To be fair though, you have to admit most of the comments from Matrixowners was pretty positive. Here are a few:"Wow. I like the stance. I didn't think the Hotchkis springs gave the car that much of a drop. Some of the folks on here have those springs and it seems like a very mild drop.""Looks good! They should make that color for the trix!""NICE looking car shibaman. Drop is excellent. Painting the cladding is an interesting idea. Let us know if you decide to do it. I think your Vibe would really look good one colour."
I will agree. There is MORE information on MO.com, but information is more accurate here at GenVibe ... and the Vibers seem to be more civil as well. Just my realizations as well.I believe only one guy actually dissed your Vibe. In fact, he dissed ALL Vibes by saying he just hated the styling of them. (MatrixDad)I wouldn't worry about it, people have the rights to their own opinions, just remember that between the Matrix and Vibe, you got the better looking car, and he's just bitter!
If it makes you feel better, I told the Celica's and the Matrix Owners at the Northeast Rally I didn't really like the looks of their cars...of course I did it civilly...not sure if this guy you're referring to did or not...
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!

Thanks Larry, most of the people on the Matrix site are cool. There is always some one with a bad attitude. I like both cars. Just a different look. I may paint it some day but I want to see what happens with the service bulliten on the damage to the cladding. Thanks again.
You're welcome. The bottom line is both models are very nice. We all have different taste which is one thing that makes both models so nice. Both are easy to customize to your own tast and style. Nice Vibe by the way!
