Hi!My name is Alicia and I officially became a Vibe owner on Feb 1. I have wanted one for a long time, and had specifics that I wanted, and finally got one! YAY! It's a 2003 with most of the bells and whistles. I plan on driving it stock for the next 2 years because I am headed back to school full time, and after that I want to start with the mods. YAY!ANyway, HI and looking forward to chattin!
Welcome to the club. And well see if you can wait two years for any modding. I told myself I wouldn't do anything until I paid it off. Well that won't happen till this summer but I've already done some small things inexpensive things I could get my hands on. As we speak I am putting decals on in the warm garage. Good luck with the vibe hope it lasts you forever
Congrats on the purchase and WELCOME to GenVibe Fill us in on details soon (color, mileage, etc.) so we can help guide you through your new ownership smoothly. Again WELCOME !!!!!!!
OK, I guess I'll need a photo hosting to post pics in here? I added an attachment for now of the day I brought it home.as far as not doing any mods... IKNOWRITE?! We will see how finances go, I'll be itching, especially since my carpool buddy and best friend is finally tricking out her Civic. First thing I would do is take off that OOOGIE (no offence) gray plastic and replace with some kind of body color kit. Already has the alloys or that would be the first thing. Here's the specifics:03 automatic transjust rolled it onto 94k mileswas a one owner and belonged to the owner of the dealershippower pkgmoon & tunes pkg16" alloys1.8 ltr L4 engineLava-outside/graphite-insideI dont know how much is standard and what is not, but it's pretty cool I got all this info from the original window sticker One question I have ... do these babies have a timing belt, or a chain? With the mileage if its a belt, I need to get it in ASAP. AND thanks for the warm welcome! I'll be around alot
timing CHAIN BTW, surfing around, that OOGIE plastic looks pretty seksi with some of these additions you guys have done!Ihave a photobucket now so when I wash it up after the snow melts I'll post some new pics.
The pic looks great! Car is not bad either.Welcome!

Welcome to the club! The female members are taking over the board (bwahahahaha)! Yeah, I held out almost a year and a half before my first mod. Had an accident, needed a new hood and it all spiraled from there
THANKS again for all the warm wishes! I can tell I am going to love it here! #1- NascarXprt.. some of those are pretty cool! Regular vinyl graphics though will come from my besties at the Moonlight Workshop who make me anything I please at the drop of a hat #2- Diablo... THAT is a VIBE now, I LOVE black on black
