was looking for ipod control but did not want to keep stock head unit..Alpine CDE-102Full iPod contol.also installed my Digital Scanner and a couple power ports.and a nice little Uniden 5w powered speaker in the console.and a FM High Antenna.and a Digital Antenna.Next up will be the mid / tweeter in the front door and mid bass in the rear door then i will figure out a sub and amp..

Like the new alpine it looks clean. How easy is it to navigate through your songs on that unit in my last car I had a similar deck and it was kind of tedious.

Looks great!Are you an EMT, police, etc...? I don't have a scanner (not yet at least!--though I use the scanner app on my phone for fun), but I did install a CB in my car. It's located on the passenger side of the shifter console(is that what it's called?) so I can reach it. Doesn't get in the way of my passengers knees either.

Nope not an emt / police / fire, I am a Ham radio operator "And I like to know whats going on". The Alpine is not that hard to navigate.. But I keep allot of playlists ..
