I've got a '05 base with 97k miles. I had the front pads replaced at about 40k miles due to some squealing, but haven't touched them since. My rear rotors are still original, though. How long do these things last?! How will I know its time to replace them? Thanks!
It is true that rear brakes last longer than front on most cars, I'd strongly suggest that you have someone take a physical look at them just to be sure instead of relying on faceless people on the internet telling you that all is well. All is probably just fine but wouldn't you sleep better KNOWING for a fact that they are fine?Dave
