Dual Filament Fog Light

Post by Wolfman213 »

What would the feasibility of converting the fog lamp to a dual intensity or filament lamp? Basically, if I turn my brights on, the fogs get brighter as well. I currently have it setup to run my fogs whenever the parking light is on. I also have aftermarket lamps in there as well. I know it would involve splicing some wires and probably some use of relays as well, but just wasn't sure if it would even be worth tearing into.Since I'm talking about doing this when the highs are on, I'm not worried about things being too bright or blinding ppl, etc., etc. The way I see it, if it's possible, then why not. You can never have too much light on them whack back country roads.

The bulb would need modification. The wiring would be pritty easy. If I were u I would pick up a spare foglight to play with and use your old stock h4 bulbs that were in your headlight before the projector retrofit. The issue would be the size of the bulb.
