I'll assume you're talking about the pro-install kit? Comes with:SpeakerMicBrains (interface box)CradleWiresYes, I put this in my Vibe a few weeks ago. I grounded to one of the screws holding in the filter system behind the glove compartment, pulled power off the harness for the stereo. Let me know what specifics you need and i'll help out however I can.

look in my pictures, I've got the prokit mount for a 3360 you have to remove the silver molding and I used a dremel too to remove a lot of the material.

Exactly the same. I got the profit from http://www.xmfanstore.com. Shot, how much did you take out? I can't get the silver to get flush again!

all most all of it where the clip was plus some more on either side, I used a dremel tool anc cutting wheel to really remove it. I had to test it like 3 times because every bumb I hit Ithe damn thing would pop loose. Plus you have to slightly trim the edge about 1/8 of an inch.

the screws are fine, just trim it down a lot. it was a trial and error thing for me as well. My wife works for Cellular One and I do a lot of her installls for her but this was the first kit that called for interior modifications.
