O2 Sensore replacement

How do reomve and install an O2 on the exhaust Manifold. It surround by a Heat shield Donut and there's no way to get a wrench on it. HELP!

This one is on the Manifold and has a heat shield around it.

Is this the one where you have to make sure it's hot so you don't ruin the threads?

it doesn't need to be hot. Warm yes. Piping hot no.I've removed mine several times while cold with out issue.Unplug it and use the O2 socket that BC linked for it to be removed.I have one just like this one
