If that street is marked as as "snow emergency route" its the owners problem. Since I was born & raised in Philly I kinda know.All them streets are cleared regardlees of what it takes.

According to the local news, the Ford Explorer is a city-owned vehicle. Another fail for taxpayers!
My 2003 Vibe Base Auto 2-tone Salsa "SalsaWagon" was built in May 2002. I acquired it in Feb 2004/Traded it in on a 2016 Honda HR-V in Feb 2018.
