New HU, New components... should I replace the amp??

Hello all. As the subject says... I got a new HU and I'm about to buy new Kenwood components. Is it worth it to replace the M&T amp? I'm not looking to go crazy, just a small kenwood amp (150 bucks). Anyone who has done this, let me know if it was worth the upgrade. Thanks!

Cadence TXA-3002 I got a great deal, need the money more than the amps, trying to pass it on.. Great amps if you do a little research... Just running the idea past you.. I spend a lot of time in the audio forums and car forums, have been for a long time.. I ask you about your choices, because I can usually find some pretty killer deals and such (I've got a "Hot Deals" thread on another forum in fact)Lemme know, I can help regardless...

Why Kenwood? Well, I had Kenwood years ago in my truck and loved it. Worked well and sounded good. Now that I'm outfitting my vibe, they are decently priced and I guess I have some blind brand loyalty. I'll check out the cadence amps. Thank.

That's cool, brand loyalty is alright, but there are a lot of different things out there these days.. Lemme ask you, what were you planning to spend? maybe I could make other suggestions?
