'06 Base Vibe: Can't find parking light wire (+)

it's in the wires under the side panel headed to the back of the car.

This wire is in the drivers kick panel, for anyone else interested.

The kick panel is the little panel directly in front of the door right next to the dead pedal, there should be 3 plugs under the panel the wire would be located in there.Here is what it looks like under the kick panel please ignore the wire taps they were from a previous remote start my wife had done when she bought the car.
