Cadillac CTS-V Coupe

Post by 03VibeOttawa »

I’ve never seen a car marketed as aggressively as this one. Their adds in my face every day on CBC Newsworld, CBC news online, and three of the magazines I read, Canadian Business, The Economist, and MoneySense. Yes, I see the connection, and who their target market is, and I don’t really have a point other than that I’m over-saturated with their marketing here!

I actually like the styling of the CTS cars....BUT if I was going to purchase or finance a car for the fun factor I would always go for a classic musclecar.

...in my mind, the CTS-V is nothing more than a Cadillac-skinned "Corvette" for old people (m3?).

I wish we were getting more E-REVs developed and marketed to us, and less of this 12MPG city daily driver planet killer. Just my $.02.

If I'm gonna get a CTS-V it would HAVE to be in wagon form. Michelin suit optional!

Wagon form sounds good. They would probably double their sales in Canada if it had a battery mode for the stop-and-go urban traffic most CTS-Vs spend a lot of their time in.
