Long story short we had a small accident. Everything is fine, Vibe drives fine. Was very low speed accident.. like 15 or 20 miles per hour. Guy put blinker on at last second, turned into us and hit us.On driver side front there's a small dent. Not really any scratches. Very small dent.Mirror inside got broken. Outside is fine. Glass not broken, but mirror doesn't stay in place.. I can adjust it with the controls in the car, but it doesn't stay. Think they're expensive to replace? I haven't looked behind it in the light yet. When I open the door there's a creaking noise. My friend took a quick look and sees where it's rubbing. If you follow the gap between door and front panel over tire, the bottom is thinner than the top. Easy to fix?Lastly, the plastic wheel cover got bend.. maybe rim. Not sure. I'm going to pull plastic off. Anyway, car makes a noise when going over bump. My friend thinks there's a piece of plastic under the car in between the body and somewhere that might have just been pushed in that I can pull.I'll have pics tomorrow sometime.
I'm guessing that the mirror issue is just that the glass popped out of the sockets that control and keep it in place. Try lining up the glass (mirror) and pushing it back. If it pops back into place, I'll bet that'll fix that problem. What I am confused about is how the inside rear view mirror got damaged?

It's my fault since I was behind the guy.It was a very wide lane, he was riding his brakes for awhile, and I had no idea what he was doing. I went to pass on right. Not supposed to do that. Last second he decides to turn into a Chinese place I never see any cars in the lot. I never saw blinkers, my Girlfriend said they were on at the very last second.Anyway, no pics.. sorry I went out today.I stopped for gas tonight and looked behind the mirror.. There's two round blue things. They look like capicators on an electronic part. They're round with metal coming out the end. There's two circles, that looks like they came off of..My friend seems to think the noise going over a bump is just the plastic under the car.. maybe needs to be pulled out.I'll def have pics tomorrow.
The mirror glass is held on by balls that fit into sockets. Sometimes the socket is on the glass, other times the balls are attached to it. I don't know which is which in this case, but.... I'm guessing that accident jarred them loose. If you would just line up the mirror glass and push, I think it would pop back into place. It should take about 5 secs to try it.
