Chirp while driving and idling....goes away when the clutch is depressed???

Post by zzinbrooklin »

I have a 5-speed 2010 Vibe - and it started making a chirping sound while I drive and am idling....the chirp goes away when I depress the clutch....but it's there while I'm in gear or in neutral.....what is this? I'm taking it to the dealer this week b/c it's still under warranty (35K) but would like to know if anyone has had the same problem...Thx!
