Aftermarket Parts

Post by steletma »

I'm looking for more performance parts for my Vibe GT. I already have the Injen CAI and the TRD exhaust but am looking for more. Also anymore suspension upgrades besides the springs? Thank you all.If anyone is looking for pistons, Wiseco piston makes them for the 2ZZ.

Tom,How does your GT run now with your CAI and the TRD exhauet. I am thinking of same mods that you have. Did the exhaust go in easy and how was the fit.

I have the TRD exhaust and it fits perfectly. The whole install time took around 30 min.(this included digging out my ramps to get the back end up in the air) The sound is awesome and it looks great! I would recomend it to anyone who was thinking of getting it.

Runs great, the exhaust bolts right over and the intake too. I sill have problems with my intake though. I noticed a significant difference in the high RPM settings.

Anyone here have a sound clip of the TRD exhaust ? I'm thinking on getting a Borla cat-back system. Part No. 140022, $396.99. Put a borla cat-back on the wife's 2001 Yukon, sounds tough and better gas mileage.
