Found a Vibe in Grand Rapids at Art Rrize....Whose is it?

Alright so i was walking around downtown Grand Rapids Michigan and I saw a silver 03 or 04 automatic vibe with the GM Ground Effex kit, both spoilers, red calipers and drums, Carbon Fiber dash pieces, PONTIAC overlays in red, SLP hood, stock rims, and some tint that was messed up and it was debadged. The Vibe was sitting in front of the Grand Rapids art museum during art prize. I saw it around 630 and it was there when i left later that night. Whose could it be? i have pics if wanted and the plate number. Maybe i can meet up with this person if i can find them and get pics?
