Heat/air no worky??

i turn the fan speed knob and nothing happens on heat or a/c help please winter is on the way and chitown get COLD: Thanks

Heater / Blower Motor connector and resistor issue... normally it starts by affect one speed then total failure...sounds like it's melted away... don't forget to test blower motor draw afterwards not to allow it to happen again..
