Rear Roof Rail Cap Is Loose

I have a 2006 vibe. I noticed the other day the the rear roof rail cover on the passenger side was loose and not sitting down tight against the rubber part that runs around the bottom of the roof rack on the roof.I tried pushing it down hard until I hear a click from the bottom area of the cover but it just keeps popping back up and not sitting down tight.Has anyone had this happen? What holds the cover in place. The driver side is really tight with no movement when I try and wiggle it.

pop it off and check on the inside, there is a yellow round clip its probably not seated. maybe hit it a little harder in that spot on the outside when you reinstall it.

Is there just the one yellow clip in the middle that snaps, because when I push the cover down at the back part of it there seems to be a click and then a few seconds later it pops loose.I was going to order a new clip just in case it breaks when I take it off.
