Murphy's Law: My '05 will be paid off on Thursday...
...and my wife gouged a tire yesterday (meaning a new set). I'm not really complaining, as these are the OEM Eagle RSA's and were due for replacement next spring; however, I would have preferred to wait until next year. Oh well, so goes life.BTW: Based upon recommendations here & from TireRack, I wanted to go w/either the Continental ExtremeContact DWS or General Altimax HP tires, but both are nationally back-ordered for the next few months (I cross-shopped Discount Tire, TireRack, Sears, etc.). So I'll be going w/Yokohama AVID ENVigor's; Discount Tire is price-matching TireRack, so I'll be at $536 installed. TireRack had decent reviews (8.7+), but then anything has to be better than the originally craptacular Goodyear's. Anyway, at least the Vibe is officially mine now...and w/new tires, I should be good for another five years of worry-free driving.

Well my last payment was in mid-August, I have a P0420 engine code since 3 weeks, plus a broken fog light since 4 weeks and acceleration problems...stupid Murphy's law...
