neeed help with my 1zz-fe

okay guys so i put on a intake from ebay. my check engine came on and need a o2 sensor. 121.99 down the drain. it was running way to lean and cause it to burn out. took it off and looked that their is a hose that goes into your stock intake... its the hose that hooks into the stock intake right before the throttle body. probably an 1inch in diameter. this didnt hook into my aftermarket intake. which one can i buy where they will hook... this hose is from the crank. unburnt fuel is sucked through it and reburned......now i got some other questions. i want a little more out of my vibe. i was thinking of gettin the pulleys kit and and also headers and removing my resonators. i got a axle back exhaust already. so total on my car i just want intake..headers...removed resonators and axle back... will this give me the little extra then stock? and also would you reccomend the obx headers or the dc headers?

I think thats the breather hose or crank case breather, on the valve cover?Maybe you purchased the wrong intake for your model/year car. What model, year car do you have and which intake did you buy?Sounds like your fuel trims and afr's were so out of whack it ran too rich or too lean and started to cause other issues. i have a 2006 base vibe 5 speed. im just sick of everyone just sayin its just a vibe. drive it. i dont want it to be just a vibe. so i was thinkin get the pulley get to let up some free power to the wheels. then get a correct intake for my car and then get header. probably obx with the down pipe. and remove resonators and keep my lighter muffler system in place of the stock muffler. but can you explain more about the intake manifold and and the throttle body. and later on when i get more money saved i am going to get the cams also.
