get another stock one and port your stock one. The aftermarket ones have shown a decrease in power for the GT

Id like to see those facts hard to beleive a stock cast iron manifold will out flow a smooth runner equal length header only advantage would be the torque down low of a factory manifold.Ecs if a header is designed well for low and mid range torque. Was just curious of anyne that makes them looks as if mine has a crack in it picked up a pretty god tick.

Well here's the main reason I never installed the DC Sports header Check out this thread regarding ported stock manifolds:http://www.newcelica.org/forum...d+2zzh ... um...15089

Quote, originally posted by high revin »Are the DC's a direct bolt in to replace the orginal manifold.I'm not sure if anyone's tried it on a 2zz Matrix or VibeThe one I bought was for a Celica GTS which uses the same engine/transmission.I was disappointed in the poor looking welds as indicated in the photo above, and since have read several messages indicating that it generally performs worse than the stock exhaust manifold. Those were the main reasons I didn't install mine. I suppose if someone were to port and polish it could do better.
