Mirror buttons what are they?

I looked in my owner's manual but it did not state what the buttons are on my rear view mirror. (I pushed them but nothing seemed to happen) They are on the bottom of the mirror and on each side of the lever that you adjust when someone's headlights behind you are blinding you.

They are Buttons for the light that is under the mirror.

Good one! Thanks for the help. I haven't noticed them lighting up. Would that be an optional light maybe and I have only the buttons?

I see the light now!! So cool, just had to push the buttons at night instead of during the day. DUHHHHH.

Put tiny P-touch labels at the bottom of the mirror. One says "Passenger Ejector" Other says "Stupid-Driver-Seeking Missiles"

Just caught it. LOL, not blonde, just a fading brunette who is not as sharp as I used to be....
