One more reason to love this car.

Post by Jharrison »

I drove up to Columbus (a little over 2 hour drive) to buy baby stuff hoping that I would have room for it all. Not only did I have room for it all but I had room to spare. I had a car seat stroller combo, an extra base, a pack and play, a tote full of diapers, diaper bag, a few toys, and of course some outfits and still had room left over. Buying this car was the best decision I ever made.

I hear ya...easily bringing home the boxed crib and conversion rail kit was the BEST. Carrying it into the house was another story. My chicco cortina fits in the back no problem!

Hahah...I see TONS of them around! I got an insane deal at B-R-U...a discontinued pattern "Sahara" (tan/orange) for $185 for the 3 piece travel system-base, keyfit seat and stroller. I got to use the stroller for the first time yesterday.

Wow that is a great deal. I had a coupon and I still paid 250 for mine.

I carried 12 bags of top soil in my Vibe last Saturday with no problem. I've never needed to use the optional tie down points, but I'd to try them out someday.

Yep, just last night we went shopping. First to Lowes where we stuffed over $300 of "stuff' into the car including a lot of great flower buys!!Then to the liquor store for the weekend festivity stock up, yep got all that in! Then across the street to stock up on food for not only this weekend but the coming week with a house full of grandchildren, $368 worth!! OUCH!!!Bottom line, if half the cargo were NOT fragile plants I could have stuffed DOUBLE what I had in that car yet again. To quote my wife.... " I STILL love this car!" (3 years now)The good thing is when your wife loves her car, that means there are no new cars on the horizon anytime soon. YES!!!! Money for my air cooled VW sickness / hobby!!!!Dave

Yes, It's great to see how much the Vibes will hold. I'm always hauling bulky stuff from Lowes.
