Since I got my Vibe, I noticed that when I roll my windows (power windows) down and up later, there seems to be white marks on the window, as if something "rubber" is rubbing against it. It's much worse when I only partially open the window. All of this happens on all four windows.I can fortunately clean up the marks by cleaning the windows with a little bit of elbow grease. The marks seem to be on both sides, but mainly the inside of the glass. However, since I love driving with the windows down, it's a quite the nuisance.Has anyone else experienced this with their Vibe? Do you have any ideas of what this could be? Could it be as simple as replacing whatever is rolling my windows up and down, as the "rubber" may be old? Is there something inside the door that I need to wipe down or something? My biggest fear is that this could be related to the recall, but I doubt so because my windows don't clunk or rattle.I'm wondering if new weatherstripping is needed too. What do you think? I can get pics if my written description is off.

My 09 does the same, but only on one window; the rear drivers side. It has also recently started to squeak when rolling it up. But I hardly ever drive with my windows down.. but would like to know how to fix this also..

The rubber doesn't look to be deteriorated...black and gall. I shall definitely try the windshield fluid approach. It seems the rubber may be making its contact below the window line, which may be a challenge.Just to make sure, do I need to rinse off the windshield washer fluid or is it okay to just use it and let it take care of itself? Silly question, but I just want to make sure I'm not assuming the wrong thing! Thanks for your help!
