Horn sound confirmation with remote lock?

Just bought a used 09 Vibe base model with the 2.4L engine. Does the horn sound when using the remote lock function? The headights flash when the doors lock, though. No confirming sound from the horn.

No, the horn does not sound when the doors are locked and/or unlocked. Also, the front and rear turn signals/hazards flash, not the headlights. Just curious, where in Illinois are you located?
