Tough to tell at this point the numbers actually produced in the last couple of years. Access to any of that information for me disappeared April 1st. It definitely wasn't many though. The percentage was pretty consistant through out the life of the Vibe at anywhere between 20% and 30% of total car production at NUMMI (trucks were built on a separate line, so I'm not including trucks). The actually numbers did vary depending on total output. An average day (2 shifts) would be between 250 and 300 Vibes, could be more or less. Things slowed down a bit at the end of '08 and even more so at the beginning of '09. Vibe production was close to half during this time. You could always go through GM's sales data found at
http://www.gm.com/corporate/in...s.jsp. That goes back to '02, but thats deliveries, not actual production, and theres no way to tell model year. Wish I could help more, but I don't have access to those numbers anymore. Perhaps someone else here knows if it can be found though.Quote, originally posted by tpollauf »As the owner of a 2009 Vibe GT, I too would be curious as to the more recent numbers. Amazing that the chart did not show any Toyota Matrix cars Maybe they were Japan made during those years!BTW... Welcome to this forum, and post pics of your ride! That chart didn't show the Matrix because the Matrix was never built at NUMMI. NUMMI did build some parts for the Matrix, but it was built at TMMC in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.
