lost a washer nozzle this past winter, there is a big cumbersome fiberglass insulation shield on the bottom side of the hood, but you don't need to remove it. The new nozzles snap into the hood from the outside of the car and you just have to finesse the old hose onto the spout... it does help to have long thin fingers for this operation, but i did it with minimal tearing to the insulation shield. i don't really think theres any other way to do this, it would have been so much nicer if i could have put the hose onto the nozzle and then inserted the nozzle into the hood but the hose isn't long enough to fish through the hole, and the nozzle isn't going to go through the hood backwards so just tough it out and hope you're not too allergic to whatever the hell that insulation shield is made out of
