Keyless entry

Hi everyone, new to the site. My mother inlaw just got an 04 base Vibe. I have a question, it didn't come with the factor key, so she does not have a keyless entry fab. My quesion is... how do I figure out if it has keyless entry already installed on the car? I have a aftermarket keyless entry package I can install, but if it is already installed I will just order a key fab from ebay. Could some one please help me out. Thanks

Looked around a bit for info on 2004 Vibes... and found this...Options As Tested: Power Group ($750) includes power door locks, remote entry, power windows, cruise control; Moons and Tunes package ($850) includes power glass sunroof and 200-watt premium audio system with six speakers; 16-inch alloy wheels ($440)So, does your mom inlaw's Vibe have Power Windows and Cruise Control? If it does, then it was probably part of the "Power Group" option pakage and there was once a remote for the locks.

You can buy those remotes on eBay for $20. I have one somewhere as I bought an extra since I always used to lose my keys- got better in my old age. Ought to look around.
