Last time I posted picture was the day after I purchased the Vibe. So far I have enjoyed the car. I have owned it for close to a month now. I've put over 5k miles on it so far. This past Friday I gave it a good detail. I spent at least 3 1/2 hours on the exterior. I washed it then used Mother's Claybar on it. Man did that help the car. Prior to that I had tons of black and orange dots on the front and rear bumper, the trim under the doors and randomly throughout the car.I only did one round and was able to pull off almost everything. After the claybar I gave it another good wash to get of the clay smears. Then I have it a 1 coat wax using some McGuire's wax. Polished the rims using some mothers metal polish. Then I wiped and vacuumed the inside. Everything turned out great. My neighbors thought I was crazy because I was outside from 10am to 4pm working on it. I got sun burn doing it as well. I am still red. We took it to the beach that nightAnyways, here are a few pictures I snapped behind my house in the undeveloped part.
Great pictures! LOVE the look of the '09/'10 GTs!!!Your car looks fabulous! I can't wait until later this summer when I can give my car a thorough detailing as well!

Looks familiar -- minus the roof.Yea, claying can work magic! If you ever decide to go to that level again, you might want to consider a good polish prior to the wax. The polish will last much longer, and your car's surface after claying is a perfect medium.

I still think it's neat you got with the windows already tinted and the de-badged hatch. Two small things that make it look even nicer. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only who uses the clay bar and than washes the car again to get all the clay streaks and other junk off. I am also glad I am not the only one who spends six hours detailing their car and gets sunburnt in the process . I will be giving our GTs the royal detailing treatment this weekend, including a clay barring. I am actually looking forward to it. It's theraputic for me .

And PS to the OP, I am digging the debadged look on the white vibe, and I think I love it even more against the stark backdrop you chose to photograph it because it focuses your eyes on the lines of the car. Great color contrast.

That looks awesome! The close up pic of the wheel had some kind of "adverstising quality" to it.I am a sucker for white. But, the only thing harder than keeping a white car looking good is keeping a black car looking good.

Looks Gr8!!! The claybar is pretty awesome stuff & makes the car look fantastic.Ok someone tell me why they changed the lug pattern on the 09s? The GTs have some great looking wheels but wont fit 03-08 Vibes.....GRRRRRR

I generally prefer the mid to dark colored cars. Never owned a white or light colored one to date. My work service truck is White (common fleet color). Anyways after seeing how CLEAN your 09 Vibe GT is, I could easily change my mind .. Very sharp & clean Although you debaged it I think a Genvibe.com decal on the back hatch glass would add some appeal to your ride . Enjoy the ride (5k miles in one month = you OBVIOUSLY are!) and keep it clean
