Disabling DRLS

so to disable the DRLS you have to cut the red/white wire (pin 12). is that all you have to do? cause im kinda scared but i really wanna get HIDS. =Dhellp would be awesome.

You may consider this: http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=38372 DRL disabled on headlights AND you keep the automatic sensor on.DRL fog lights.I have HID headlights and fog lights, both worked great since I did the mod.Fogs are fully controllable from the fog light switch

I have successfully disabled and then re-abled my DRL's. It really isn't that bad.

i just did this process today. and im in love with it. i FINALLY have control. now im ordering my HIDs from ddmtuning.com. =D
