Annoying wistle?

got an 2004 automatic with 147k, recently the car has develed some kind of whistle, I can hear it most when I let go the gas and it goes from a high pitch to a low pitch when the revs are dropping down?what the freak can it be?

my guess is a vacuum leak or dirty throttle plate
