As I get older, I find that I have a growing hatred for crappy products. Unfortunately, I am still a cheap *******. With that being said, does anyone have a recommendation for a bluetooth headset for under $30 that doesn't make you sound like you are talking inside a metal box?

bah 30? hmmJawbones I hear are nice but are more near 100. Plantronics makes good stuff, they do lots of headsets for phones and cisco voip too so they know whats up.
The BlueAnt Z9i is pretty good. It normally sells for well over $30, but if you're willing to do some hunting on eBay, you might be able to catch a deal. Looking at the completed listings, I see a lot of them with no bids and some with only one bid.
I've had a Plantronics Model 320 for the past few years that has been excellent. Take a look in eBay or Amazon to see if you can find a Plantronics within your price range.
