Hmmmm,Almost 40 years of driving, pushing 6 decades of riding in cars and I've NEVER been frozen out of a car!! Most of those years (except for one very long and hellish year in Miami (I will NOT be retiring to the Sunshine State!) have been in Northern climates.Dave

...ROFL...!...of course, that method of doorlock "warming" would be rather difficult on the lady drivers.

Outside parking, too many "toys" in the garage for something silly like a car! I'm a tad (removed) about lubrication and such also. The worst ever would be an ice storm where once you chipped away at the ice over the lock then, no problem.I like keyless entry, I have it and use it. Just saying, never had a problem.Wipers frozen to the glass? yes, door rubber frozen to steel so you couldn't open it? yes.

ive been frozen out of my vibe and escape... rain then freeze make my car be blanketed in ice.. I have a tiny can of wd40 handly to freeze the locks though
