ok so i have lots of rattling coming from the back in the hatch, and its from the mass bass pouring out of the 10" visonik and custom box i have. lol yea not that loud. but really good.. anyways....i have rattles everywhere, and i cannot afford enough dynamat to do the whole trunk under all the plastic.. does anyone know a fool proof way to reduce al the rattles, something that would work like a dynamat?

Is the sub itself what is making noise? Does the rattling only happen when the sub is on? Any pics of your setup?

tune it properly. i have a 10" also and i hit really loud but without a lot of rattle. i still get some but if you adjust it properly it won't resonate the metal as much. not much to be done for the lift glass. if you have cross bars on top tighten them up. i used to have rattle until i figured out that they were shaking.
If it is just the panels that rattle you wouldn't need much. the important thing would to be to isolate the panels from vibrating against the wheel wells. You could use a denser fabric from a fabric store, glue a layer between the plastic and metal. This will isolate the rattle but add nothing to the sound.Aron

So you're THAT kid who pulls up next to me at the light and makes my car vibrate?!?! Sharing your music with the world, whether they want to hear it or not!Dave
I pulled the plastic out of the back of mine, and lined the floor with some indoor outdoor carpet I got for free from my aunt lol. Worked wonders for rattles and road noise.
